Co-Founder
Joshua J. Haller is the Co-Founder of IDR Claims, bringing deep experience in business management, SaaS development, and operational strategy. With a strong background in medical billing and a hands-on understanding of the No Surprises Act, he helped shape a secure, scalable platform designed to navigate the legal and financial complexity of the federal IDR process for providers, billing companies, and legal teams.
Dr. Daniel J. Haller
Co-Founder
Dr. Daniel J. Haller is a Co-Founder of IDR Claims and a dual board-certified surgeon with deep clinical and administrative leadership experience. As President of Long Island Surgical and a hospital surgery chair, he brings firsthand insight into the real-world challenges of the No Surprises Act. Partnering with Josh and Jason, he helped shape IDR Claims into a secure, scalable platform for precise and efficient management of the IDR process.
Jason Radzik
Board Member & Strategic Advisor
Jason serves as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor to IDR Claims, helping shape the company’s long-term vision as a trusted platform for providers and billing organizations. He brings decades of financial, entrepreneurial, and sales experience, including over 25 years in investment banking with leadership roles across technology, consulting, product development, and real estate.

Revenue Cycle & IDR Specialist
Jill brings extensive experience across revenue cycle management and Independent Dispute Resolution, with a background spanning provider billing operations and regulatory review.
